3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 2-3 business days
3. Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified of the decision within 7-10 business days
4. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method

4. Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date to be considered for a full refund. Requests made after this period may be evaluated at our discretion and may be subject to partial refund or store credit.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

5. Exceptions

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
• Custom software development projects that have been initiated
• Internship or training programs that are more than 25% complete
• Change of mind or personal circumstances (at our discretion)
• Services purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.
